ELIGIBILITY & CRITERIA
Here's How to Qualify for the VIP 2025 Ryder Cup Experience
- Top 20 Performing Brokers: Qualify by being among the first 20 brokers to meet the requirements.
- Enroll 100 Worksite Employees (WSEs): Achieve a minimum of 100 WSE lives with an effective date between January 30 – July 31, 2025.
- Mandatory 401(k) Retirement Plan Adoption: Clients must adopt our 401(k)-retirement plan through our partner Slavic401k to qualify.
Bundle with Ancillary Benefits: Offer at least three ancillary benefits, which can include Disability, Life, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident, or financial wellness programs. All ancillary benefits are eligible to be bundled.
Medical Master Requirement: Ensure clients are also enrolled in the medical master plan.
Cutoff Date: Qualification ends on July 31, 2025.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility Requirements
- The first 20 Brokers, Retail Agents, or General Agents to close 100 Worksite Employees (WSEs) with a signed Client Service Agreement and effective date between January 31 and July 31, 2025 (the “Incentive Period”) are eligible to win the Prize Package.
- The 100 WSEs required to be eligible for the Prize Package pertain to new business during the Incentive Period.
- WSEs related to spin-offs, add-ons, mergers, reclassifications, or prior sales renewals are excluded.
- Participants must remain in good standing with PrestigePEO to remain eligible.
- Participation is prohibited for individuals disqualified under any applicable law or regulation.
Prize Package Terms
- The Prize Package is not assignable or transferable.
- No substitutions are permitted unless authorized by the Program Administrator.
- If a winner cannot utilize the Prize Package, it will be forfeited.
Prize Description
- The Prize Package includes admission to the Ryder Cup grounds and hospitality venue at Bethpage Black Golf Course at Bethpage State Park on Long Island, New York, September 23-28, 2025.
- Round-trip airfare to and from the event location booked through the event coordinator and hotel accommodations for the event duration are included.
Travel and Expenses
- Airfare, transportation, and hotel accommodations will be covered when booked through the event coordinator.
- The Program Administrator reserves the right to determine the reasonable cost of covered expenses and may cap, limit, or deny accommodation or travel requests.
- Participants are responsible for any additional expenses exceeding amounts approved by the Program Administrator.
- Participants are responsible for incidental costs, such as room service, additional transportation, or extended stays beyond the event duration.
Contact and Verification
- PrestigePEO will use the broker contact information on file to contact and verify winners per its Privacy Policy (available at https://www.prestigepeo.com/consumer-privacy-act/)
- Failure to provide valid, working contact information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Reporting and Taxes
- The value of an awarded prize(s) will be reported on Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service.
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient(s).
- The final value may vary depending on airfare costs, hotel rates, and other factors.
- Recipients are encouraged to consult a tax advisor regarding their tax obligations.
Program Administrator Rights
- PrestigePEO reserves the sole and exclusive right to amend the program rules or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- PrestigePEO may disqualify any participant for noncompliance with program rules, ineligibility under applicable laws, or any other reason deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
Governing Law
- The laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, will govern the program and its terms. Any disputes or causes of action arising from or connected with this program must be resolved within an applicable Court of Law in Suffolk County, New York.
Liability Limitations
- PrestigePEO is not liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, inability to participate, or errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in program materials.
- PrestigePEO is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, or transportation providers.
Waivers
- Winners must sign any liability waivers required by third-party vendors.
- Failure to sign the required waivers may result in forfeiture of the Prize Package or its components.
